ABOUT COLLEGE

RajaRajeswari College of Engineering started during 2006 with the objective of becoming a Centre of excellence in Technical Education. In less than a decade, it has developed to that extent which makes a positive difference in the lives of its students.
The college is located in the Bangalore-Mysore Highway and the campus is possessed sufficient space devoted to offering the very best in terms of learning. RRCE is affiliated to VTU & is approved by the AICTE & Government of Karnataka. NBA has also accredited the Departments of ECE, EEE, CSE & ME & International Accreditation from HLACT was also secured. The Institution offers UG programs in 7 engineering discipline like Computer Science & Engineering, Information Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering & Civil Engineering, apart from master programs in M.C.A & M.B.A and PG in – M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Computer Networking Engineering, Thermal Power Engineering, Digital Electronics Communication, Communication System, Departments of Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics & Master of Business Administration Offers research programs leading to Ph.D & M.Sc Engineering (by research) of VTU. Further action has been taken to get approval from competent authority in respect of new U.G course B.E Telecommunication Engineering from the academic year 2016-17.
The RajaRajeswari College of Engineering campus has been designed as a complete self-contained center of distinction with modern classrooms, State of the Art labs, Workshops, Library, Hostel, Wi-Fi enabled campus with high speed internet connectivity & advanced computing facilities. A 4000 seater Auditorium, 400 Seater Conference Hall & Six Seminar Hall of 120 capacities each are the regular venue for conference, seminars & other events. 152 Dedicated experienced & highly qualified faculty & 52 supporting staff are assisting in rendering quality technical education to the students to frame better future in their life. The faculties are successful in authoring books & also publishing papers & the students are also encouraged to participate in the research programs.

RRCE apart from having big Auditorium is having well furnished, multi storied hostel which provides separate accommodation for male & female students. Each hostel is equipped with power generators, water coolers & recreation Centre, beside a dining hall with attached kitchen. Doctors are available on call in case of any medical emergency.
